After starting out the week with a crazy travel day, things immediately began to settle down as I eased back into my normal work and running schedule. I started off with a less than impressive minuters work out but finished the week with a great 1.5 mile repeats work out. I reached my weekly mileage target and feel ready to hit the 85 mile mark for the first time in over 6 months this coming week. With the exception of a short stint in Atlanta midweek to see my best friend Merry on her lay over back from the Peace Corps to visit her family for the first time in over a year, I will be in Charlotte for the rest of the week.
